Processing time

If the cord is in stock, your order will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
If the cord needs to be custom-made or restocked, please allow 7–8 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping methods and delivery time
All orders are shipped from Czech Republic via Packeta 
Delivery time depends on your location:

• Czech Republic: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and package weight.
Tracking information
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days after delivery so we can resolve the issue.
